What are your hours?
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:30. Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00. Sunday & public holidays: 09:00 – 15:00. Hours can change on public holidays — phone ahead if it's tight.
Where do you deliver?
Big Bay, Bloubergstrand, Sunningdale, Parklands, Table View and West Beach. Same-day if the script is in before 14:00.
What must I bring?
Your script, your ID, and your medical aid card if you're claiming. For a first repeat with us, bring the original script rather than a photo.
Can I send a photo of my script?
Yes. WhatsApp a clear, flat photo showing the whole page including the doctor's details and signature. We'll confirm before we dispense. Schedule 5 and above still needs the original.
Can you tell me what to take for something?
Not over a screen. Medicine advice happens with the pharmacist, in the shop or on a booked call, so we can ask the questions that matter.
