Why not the nearest chain
Nothing against them. But a chain shelf is planned in a head office, and a chain script is a queue number. Here the same pharmacist sees your repeat month after month, notices when something changes, and can phone your doctor without a call-centre in between.
We also say no. If a product is not worth your money, we will tell you so rather than sell it to you.
How scripts and delivery work
- 1. Send it. WhatsApp a clear photo of the script, or bring the paper in. Include your medical aid details and your ID number the first time.
- 2. We check it. The pharmacist reviews it, confirms stock and price, and comes back to you if anything needs a call to your doctor.
- 3. Collect or deliver. Fetch it at the shop, or we deliver locally. Big Bay, Bloubergstrand, Sunningdale, Parklands, Table View and West Beach. Same-day if the script is in before 14:00.
Schedule 5 and above still needs the original script, and some items must be handed over in person.
